UPDATE: I went to the link you provided. When I click on the trouble shooting tips for scribble Scrubbie, I’m given an error that says “oops sorry but we couldn’t find the page you were looking for.” Also, where it says “email” it just says “click here” but there’s no link to click on. I have deleted even more apps on my iPad and we have an extra 10GB of free space available. And also now the app crashes more than before. Every single time my daughter tries to play and go in the tree/house thing, the app tries to load and then crashes. 100% of the time! Your developers really need to take a look at this because I’m seeing other reviewers saying the app crashes on them as well.
My daughter loves this game but it’s so frustrating that it constantly crashes and just shuts down. My 4 year old doesn’t understand which undoubtedly leaves her upset which makes me frustrated. I’ve done everything I know to do. I have closed out all other apps, I have deleted apps that we don’t use, I have closed this app and opened it back up, and we’ve deleted the app completely and re installed it, all of my efforts have been to no avail.
