Avatar 2 Box Office Collection Day 5: In the post-pandemic era, when Bollywood films have seen bitter fates at the box office, James Cameron’s Avatar: The Way of Water is riding high. The Hollywood blockbuster has left several Bollywood films behind in its lifetime in less than five days. In India, Avatar 2 is all set to cross 200 Cr in the coming days.

After collecting over 18 crores on its first Monday, Avatar 2 managed to maintain the pace on Tuesday as well. The film reportedly collected around 14-16 crores in its second weekend. The film is expected to make more than 200 Cr by the end of the first week and the numbers are expected to grow again in the weekend.
The film’s five-day box office collection is better than most Bollywood films released in 2022. While Akshay Kumar’s Ram Setu is said to have earned 71.87 cr, Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan’s Vikram Vedha was reported. 78 million Similarly, Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor’s Laal Singh Chaddha’s lifetime collection was Rs 58 Cr while Shamshera earned only Rs 42 Cr. When unexpected events drive them from their home, the Sullys travel the vast expanses of Pandora, eventually escaping to the land of the Metkayina clan, who live in harmony with the surrounding oceans.
