
News tomorrow: After a video showing some youths raising ‘Pakistan Zindabad’ slogans went viral on social media, five people were arrested in Bihar’s Arrah district. The incident took place in the village of Chandi Bhojpur, where the team apparently celebrated their victory after a badminton match and raised anti-national slogans.
The video shows a person dressed in blue making the video.
Two people can be seen holding the trophy in the victory parade. Youths can be seen marching and heard shouting pro-Pakistan slogans. Police are closely following the video to nab the other accused.
Further investigations are underway and the arrested persons are being interrogated, police said on Friday.
While talking to the media, SHO Chandi said, “We have just arrested five people in this case and further action is on.”
