VISAKHAPATNAM: The Association of Physicians of Indian Origin (AAPI) is merging World Health Summit In collaboration with Indian Indian Medical professionals from January 6th to January 8th API It represents a global group of more than 80,000 physicians from all medical and surgical specialties in the US. This charitable foundation carries out many service activities for the less privileged in India.
For this summit, for free HPC vaccine (Human Papilloma Virus Vaccine) would be given to girls ages 9 to 23 to prevent cervical cancer, and some cancers of the vulva, vagina, anus, and oropharynx.
AAPI President and former AP Medical Education Director Dr. Ravi Raju and the President Dr. Ravi Kolli The media were informed that the 16th Health Summit will hold sessions and workshops on Medicine, Psychiatry, Gastroenterology, Kidney Diseases, Neonatal Health, Diabetes, Cardiology, Neurology, Blindness Prevention and Oncology.
They said the 3-day summit will be a platform to exchange knowledge and skills. The women’s forum will discuss women’s health, empowerment and violence against women. Apart from this, student programs like research forums and medical risk would be organized for medical students across the country.
Dr Ravi Kolli said around 400 delegates from America and India are participating in the summit, including 100 doctors from the US. A Walk on the Beach Road – Be the Change -All for Global Health’ was to be announced by Surgeon Admiral Raja Ravi of the Eastern Naval Command on January 8.
The World Health Summit would be inaugurated by AP Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and Health Minister Vidadala Rajani, while Telangana Governor Dr. Tamilisai would attend the women’s forum summit as the chief guest. World-renowned WHO scientist Dr. Soumya Swaminathan he would give lectures and lectures along with various luminaries in the field of medicine are giving lectures.
