The Telugu Desam Party (TDP) has alleged that the industries sector has touched the highest level in Andhra Pradesh under the YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) rule.
In an open letter to Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on November 2 (Tuesday), TDP Polit Bureau member Yanamala Ramakrishnudu said that Andhra Pradesh was caught in a deep financial crisis.
“Inverse growth has been established. There is no investment. The industries and service sectors which saw tremendous growth during the TDP regime are now in shambles”Yanamala RamakrishnuduMember of TDP Polit Board
“Reverse growth and large-scale unemployment have been established. There is no investment. The industries and services sector, which saw tremendous growth during the TDP regime, have come to a standstill now,” said the former finance minister.
With the adoption of “destructive policies” by the state government, there was neither new investment in the state nor job creation. “Industries to be set up in Andhra Pradesh are moving out of the State due to the failure of law and order. Investments worth over ₹ 17 lakh crore have been shifted from Andhra Pradesh to neighboring states, including Kia affiliate units in Chennai and Hyderabad,” Mr. Ramakrishnudu said.
He suggested that Mr. Jagan Mohan Reddy should look into all these problems and take corrective measures to help the State move forward.
