Kaari Ott Release: Sasikumar starrer ‘Kaari’: OTT release date, platform, and other details

“Kaari”, a Tamil action drama starring Sasikumar, will premiere on December 23 on ZEE5, the streaming service announced on Monday. Written and directed by Hemanth, the film revolves around the life of a horse jockey from Chennai and how destiny takes him to a small town in Ramanad district of Tamil Nadu.

Sethu, a horse play with a stable in Chennai, is played by Sasikumar. His life changes when his father – Vellasaamy (Narein) dies, after which his favorite horse is also killed. Titled a rural action drama, the film deals with issues such as animal liberation, corporate greed and the ethics of eating meat.

S Lakshman Kumar said in a statement, “With an ensemble cast of your favorite actors, Kaari Jallikattu is filled with aspects of live action, corporate greed and our never-ending love for animals.”
