For the uninitiated, Swiggy Genie allows the customer to place orders for pickup and delivery services. Many also use the service to send documents, food or keys to the person concerned.

“Someone sent a Dunzo or Swiggy Genie guy to the Imagine Apple Store here and talked to the staff via his phone (to avoid centralized call centers). Just @peakbengaluru stuff I’m guessing,” read the caption.
