Mangaluru, December 16: Mangaluru International Airport has received the Airports Council International (ACI) accreditation certificate. The accreditation is for the second level of the Airport’s Customer Experience Verification program. The certification recognizes Mangaluru International Airport’s commitment to continuously improve the customer experience. The accreditation granted on December 14, 2022 is valid for one year.
The accreditation program aims to further strengthen this #GatewayToGoodness’s ongoing efforts to improve the customer experience. Participating airports undergo a comprehensive assessment and training that includes stakeholder and employee engagement and employee development. It is the only program in the airport industry that offers a 360° view of customer experience management.
ACI’s latest accreditation reaffirms MIA’s commitment to ensuring an enhanced customer experience with various initiatives such as passenger engagement activities, digital solutions for interaction and grievance redressal. This accreditation is a reinforcement of the prestigious ACI Worlds Voice of the Customer award that MIA received in February 2021. The airport has built on this laurel to move forward.
