‘Vedha’ release starts off at 5 am with gigantic expectations | Kannada Movie News

This year has shown Kannada cinema films hitting the right spot at the box office and making huge collections. ‘James’, ‘KGF Chapter 2’, ‘Vikrant Rona’ and ‘Kantara’ all opened and made big noise at the box office. To end 2022 with a bang, Shivarajkumar’s ‘Vedha’ releases this Friday with high expectations as the film is very close to all Shivarajkumar fans as it is his 125th Shivarajkumar film and fourth film with director Harsha. Also, the film is Shivarajkumar’s first home production. Expectations are at peak as Harsha hasn’t revealed anything about the film except that the film is set in the 60s and watching the trailer is very violent.

The latest report about the film says that ‘Vedha’ will release in theaters on December 23rd in Kannada, Tamil and Telugu languages. In fact, Vedha like most top-grossing films will open with early morning shows, and Bengaluru will have several screenings before 5 am. Advance booking is now open for these shows and they are sold out or fill up fast. Produced by Geetha Shivarajkumar, Vedha has music by Arjun Janya and cinematography by Swamy J.

The first teaser gave the audience a glimpse of Vedha’s weapons and grabbed everyone’s attention as all the female characters in the film be it Ganavi Laxman, Shwetha Changappa or Aditi Sagar wield weapons. Shivarajkumar is paired with Ganavi. Shivarajkumar will be seen in an older avatar and has multiple looks in the film. The second teaser was Soul of Vedha which was very intense but didn’t give any clue as to what the movie is about.

Fans are hoping that ‘Vedha’ will create history as Shivarajkumar’s 100th film ‘Joggaiah’ was a big disappointment and fans are praying that history will change this time.
